Duties & Responsibilities

Identify and harness opportunities for growth, shaping the marketing strategy to ensure consistent expansion.
Enhance established growth channels, while innovating with groundbreaking campaigns. This includes digital, offline, CRM, and collaborative ventures.
Collaborate with internal teams to form an integrated Above The Line/Below The Line approach that fulfills immediate and future business goals.
Lead and refine promotional campaigns locally, overseeing the strategic allocation of incentives.
Initiate comprehensive annual or periodic marketing initiatives to boost brand top-of-mind recall.
Structure partnerships both online and offline for branding purposes, including temporary promotional events.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing and growth roles, especially in venture-capital-supported startups or 8-10 years in brand/business growth, ideally within e-commerce or FMCG sectors.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related disciplines.

  • Established history of team leadership and growth expertise.

  • Deep-rooted analytical prowess with keen insights into market metrics.

  • Ability to drive growth initiatives based on data and allocate marketing budgets wisely.

  • A proactive attitude combined with a knack for prioritizing crucial tasks.

  • Sound understanding of brands with a metric-driven approach.

  • Expertise in marketing products within the web technology domain across strategic, operational, and tactical levels.

  • Exceptional communication skills in English, including written, verbal, and presentation.

  • Customer-centric attitude with prior client-facing roles.

  • A proven ability to guide, mentor, and elevate a high-performance team.

  • Demonstrated capability to impact decision-making at various organizational levels.

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

  • An innovative mindset that leans towards out-of-the-box thinking and conceptualizing groundbreaking campaigns.

  • Prior experience managing profit and loss in a fast-paced online commerce setting.

  • Skilled in handling stakeholders and fostering collaboration in a structured setup.
