Job Scope & Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive revenue generation strategies to achieve
business objectives and ensure sustainable growth. - Stay at the forefront of revenue leadership by identifying and implementing innovative
approaches to enhance revenue streams.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA or
advanced degree is a plus. - Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate
teams. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport
and negotiate effectively. - Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth and maximizing profitability.
- Deep understanding of sales, marketing, and business development strategies and
best practices. - Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate insights to inform
strategic decision-making. - Experience with customer relation management or equivalent systems and sales
analytics tools. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market
conditions. - Proven experience in leadership roles within the FinTech industry or a related field will
be an added advantage. - Must be proficient in writing and speaking in English. Ability to communicate in Bahasa or Mandarin will be an added advantage
