you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive revenue generation
strategies to achieve business objectives and drive sustainable growth.

Job Scope & Responsibilities

  • Strategic Revenue Leadership
    • Develop and execute comprehensive revenue generation strategies to achieve
      business objectives and ensure sustainable growth.
    • Stay at the forefront of revenue leadership by identifying and implementing innovative
      approaches to enhance revenue streams.
  • Team Leadership and Alignment
    • Lead and manage the sales, marketing, business and product development teams,
      fostering alignment to optimize revenue opportunities.
    • Motivate and inspire teams to achieve and exceed revenue targets through effective
      leadership and management.
  • Market Expansion and Partnerships
    • Identify and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams to
      expand our company’s reach and market share.
    • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key customers, partners, and
      stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Market Analysis and Strategic Decision-Making
    • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to facilitate informed
      strategic decision-making and identify areas for innovation and differentiation.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure revenue generation strategies
      aligned with overall business goals.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track revenue performance
      and assess the effectiveness of revenue generation initiatives.
    • Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management and the board of
      directors on revenue performance, market trends, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA or
    advanced degree is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate
    teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport
    and negotiate effectively.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth and maximizing profitability.
  • Deep understanding of sales, marketing, and business development strategies and
    best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate insights to inform
    strategic decision-making.
  • Experience with customer relation management or equivalent systems and sales
    analytics tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market
    conditions.
  • Proven experience in leadership roles within the FinTech industry or a related field will
    be an added advantage.
  • Must be proficient in writing and speaking in English. Ability to communicate in Bahasa or Mandarin will be an added advantage
